SOP™ & ENERGHEIA™

SOP Srl was created from the experience of ENERGHEIA™, the first company of the group. We chose this name because of its meaning in ancient Greek: according to Aristotle, energheia ( ) is the energy, strength and power of nature which invokes: the passion and light giving power and life which activate the potential ( ).
With SOP, ENERGHEIA™ has achieved in its products and solutions, that which had only been theoretical. Studies, experiments and multiple theories have been transformed into our products and the theory embodied, above all, in the results.

SOP™

SOP™, being the acronym of the full name of the Italian patented technology SIRIO OPERATING PROCESS™, was created with a precise aim: : the improvement of human, animal and natural environments , whilst at the same time increasing the profitability of the individual and farm.

SOP™in Italy and abroad

SOP Srl is the market leader in Italy for bio-hygienisation in Zootechnics. Owing to the wide distribution of ENERGHEIA™ Agri-zootechnical division’s Agents and Distributors in Italy and also in some foreign countries, it is now possible to find a specialized consultant who can give concrete answers to any questions connected to the bio-hygienization of livestock farms and water treatment in only a few days.

Another main target of SOP srl is quality. Owing to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 Certification
(certificate N. 2032315), every production process is carefully monitored, from research and development to raw materials, from scientific experimentation to industrial production , from worldwide distribution to fundamental checking of Customer Satisfaction through the final results obtained by our customers.

Monitoring and control

In particular, thanks to our know-how we can monitor and control every product leaving production, so that we deliver only 100% perfect products. This is one of the fundamental aspects which distinguish our products from others on the market.

Our mission is: company growth through the production and sale of products and systems for bio-hygienization and improvement of zootechnical, agricultural and human environments, whilst, at the same time, respecting the company’s values and objectives.

We firmly believe that the health of our staff is of absolute importance. We have, therefore, set up various initiatives in order to guarantee our employees, directors and even external collaborators a healthy environment in SOP™ in accordance with the obligatory regulations (Law 626/94) and in all other respects.

Health and happiness

 

Everyone that works with us is encouraged to look after  their body, mind and soul. We believe that satisfied people give good results. For this reason, incentives and recognitions of various types, not only of an economic nature, are our way of helping all those working with us to be content.
A considerable part of our budget concerns
personnel training. In order to achieve this, we have the support of various companies and consultants (Executive Excellence Coaching) organize meetings on company planning in order to verify that all the priorities of our collaborators are in line with those of the company, to plan for future actions and reward all those individuals who have achieved their objectives.
All of our managers come from direct sales and technical experience and careers evolve by
ascending the company hierarchy. Technical training courses are organized within and outside the company.

Professional
and personal growth

 

Notwithstanding the extent and variety of our activities, much attention is paid to guarantee a high level of harmony and team spirit among our employees.
In order to achieve this, we meet monthly with each member of our staff (on a one-to-one basis) in order to ensure that there are no misunderstandings regarding any aspect of our working “cohabitation”. These meetings are also an opportunity to privately congratulate our staff on their work and to constructively criticise, not the individual but any behaviour which does not comply with company standards. We also organize social events, such as dinners and lunches together with our staff and their
families.

Harmony

 

More and more ambitious company aims, remaining, however, in line with our fundamental values, are selected, presented to and discussed with all our staff in order to make them feel fully involved.

The objectives fulfilled are celebrated together with the whole staff, to thank everyone involved and to give an opportunity to set new ones.

1) Not to cause harm to others.
Prior to the realization of a new product or initiative of any type, we are very careful not to cause damage to anyone involved.
Our products are not tested on animals.
Careful attention is also paid to avoid any damage to nature or the environment, so we utilize exclusively biodegradable materials or those of a very low environmental impact. We take care to keep on the best of terms with all our customers and competitors.
2) Not to cause harm to ourselves
In the same way, we do not create products or take initiatives which may damage those who work in SOP Srl, our projects or objectives.

Respect

 

All our members of staff are treated with maximum respect both from a financial and a working point of view. Our customers are very important to us, and we are careful to respect delivery times, to supply perfectly controlled products and to assure punctual and complete assistance.
